The 2012 Dr. Zofia Pakula Lecture is the first of an annual public lecture event, which will investigate intersecting themes related to Public Health, Peace, and Conflict Resolution; how global peace is crucial for global health.
This lecture has been made possible by a generous endowment by Dr. Pakula’s son, Andrew, in his effort to keep alive the legacy of his mother, Zofia Pakula, a courageous Holocaust survivor and a compassionate physician.
